Venue Type:
Gentlemen’s Club in central Manchester

The need:
This gentleman’s club has a public bar and private dancing rooms. Drinks orders from these rooms are an important commission and revenue stream, but communication is difficult as waiting staff wish to be discrete whilst its not desirable for girls to leave the rooms to request orders.

The solution:
A prominent call for service button sits in each of the twenty private dancing rooms. Girls can ask clients if they’d like to order drinks and at the touch of a button service is requested. There’s no distraction or leaving the room, and waitresses know they are required when they attend. Calls are received on wrist-pagers worn by waiting staff, which silently vibrate for attention.

“It works perfectly for us. The monthly cost is easily justified by the uptake in Champagne sales” Kay Miller, General Manager
