Receiving Calls

Dinggly’s pager systems for hotels gives operators an online portal. This allows the administration of everyday tasks including changing the names of call buttons and staff logins. Additional configuration can be administered over the cloud by Dinggly. These more advanced features include setting up long-wait alerts, where staff and/ or managers are advised when a call button goes unanswered; or the grouping of buttons into Zones, making it easy to handle individuals receiving calls only relevant to their duties.
