Each Dinggly call button is rechargeable and has a confirmatory LED indicating firstly the call is successful and secondly somebody is in attendance.
Dingglies have WiFi, cellular and other non-WiFi options. So they’ll be a solution even if WiFi isn’t an option.

Dinggly wireless service call buttons are easily renamed online though a portal. This makes your call button system highly flexible as usually a button is named after its location, for example “Board Room”. If the button is needed in another room it can be renamed in seconds. Staff then do not need to remember the change or be separately informed. Some customers have an entirely flexible pool of call buttons. Other features include allowing an individual to confirm their arrival at the button via a fob; and locking plates, which hold call buttons in place and prevent casual theft.
Yes. There is a set charge per design, payable every time they are ordered. We can customize just the single unit, or hundreds. Obviously it is more efficient when ordering higher quantities.
Up to 4 types of call. You decide the fixed message content for each call e.g. ”Service needed”. With multitouch buttons these are almost always unique to your requirements, so all buttons are customized.
Yes we can configure systems so that calls go to the desired people, depending on which call type was pressed and where the button is located
Yes. The LED on the button turns green when somebody accepts the call.
And, just an importantly, the staff know too. So you don’t end up with multiple people answering the same call.
Yes, the buttons send a repeat alert when there is no response. This can be escalated to a manager (who may choose to ONLY receive these alerts). 3 levels of escalation are available.
iOS or Android devices receiving calls can be connected to any WiFi or cellular network.
The notifications are digital and cloud-based. So there are many options, with more added all the time. These include your existing smart devices (iOS and Android), Dinggly WiFi wrist pagers, Dinggly Pocket Pagers, browsers, email, MS Teams, Slack or other system integrations via an API.
As long as the button has WiFi (or cellular) reception, the range is limitless. From 50+ storey buildings to buttons in different countries.
Not as standard, But we have ‘local host’ software allowing Dinggly to operate over WiFi, even with no internet. Marine applications are the most common use.
