Order Locator Buttons

If your customers order at a counter and are then served at-table, here’s a really easy way to find them. Pass them a button when they order. At their table they place it on a dock, which recognises where it is. The button can optionally carry a Service button, so they can request extras, such as more drinks.

Customer feedback buttons are a fabulous way to get representative opinion data, shared just with you. Poor rating alerts are flagged to managers’ pagers. It’s an opportunity to address any issues directly with the customer whilst they are still with you. Bill&RateTM works with our Touch buttons.
