Calling discs use the technology in your phone rather than in a button, bringing big cost advantages (along with plenty of other benefits). To request service, customers simply scan the QR code and are prompted to push a virtual bell on their phone. There’s no app to install and all Dinggly’s unique receiving options and analytics information is available.

Customer Feedback Buttons

Dinggly Bill&RateTM buttons allow guests to request service, plus also rate their experience when they request their bill. Customer feedback buttons are a fabulous way to get representative opinion data, shared just with you. Poor rating alerts are flagged to managers’ pagers. It’s an opportunity to address any issues directly with the customer whilst they are still with you. Bill&RateTM works with our Touch buttons.
